Contract Labour Focus Areas
- We maintain minimum Wages record, Leave with wages record and all other Statuory records required under the relevant Acts.
- We cover all the employees under ESIC, Provident Fund and maintain all the staturory records required under the relevant Acts.
- We shall obtain license under Contract Labour ( R & A ) Act, for your factory, if the Proposed employment exceeds 20.
- *All other statutory records required under various labour acts shall be maintained by us.
- *We shall produce all the statutory records for yours verifications, every month and unless our records are verified our next months bills shall not be payable.
- *We shall employ a supervisor at your cost to ensure that proper services are rendered.
- * We shall submit our monthly bills on the 1st day of the every month which shall be payable by 4th day of the month so as to enable us to disburse the wages by 7th.
